Our Chiropractic and Wellness center is home to a dedicated staff of professionals trained in the latest techniques to alleviate your chronic pain and promote your overall health and wellness.
I grew up in Olympia, Washington and attended the University of Washington - Go Dawgs!
I love being a Chiropractor since it gives me the ability to treat patients the natural way without drugs, surgery, or side effects.
As a Chiropractor - I have better communication and understanding with my patients.
I treat everyone like family, exactly how the atmosphere is in our clinic. I love joking and laughing around in the clinic.
Nothing is a better healing agent than laughter.
I enjoy fishing, traveling and watching football with my two beautiful daughters. In my free time I also enjoy reading.
It is an honor to work and live in Bonney Lake and I hope you will visit.

I am originally from the California Bay Area and returned there after graduating from chiropractic school in 2005. I worked in an alternative healthcare multi-discipline clinic for 8 years before deciding to join my friend Dr. John in Bonney Lake. While in the Bay Area, I also volunteered as the chiropractor for a Vietnamese dance company and was an active Rotarian.
In my younger days, I played football. Now, that experience gives me insight into treating athletes of all ages. I enjoy variety in my patient care;
helping lots of different people in whatever way is best for them. To further my education, I have certifications in both torque release technique and
in Kennedy decompression. These extra skills help me to address all of my patients’ needs in a more creative way.
When I’m not in the office, I like to spend time with my wife. I love to follow 49er football and the San Francisco Giants, and I enjoy dabbling in both
film and digital photography. Being in the Pacific Northwest, I hope to add fishing to my list of hobbies too!

I graduated from Bastyr University in 2000 with a Master’s of Science Degree in Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine. For the past 11 years I have practiced Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine at integrated multidisciplinary clinics in Seattle specializing in pain management, sports medicine, traumatic injury and women’s health.
Prior to attending Bastyr University I worked for Holland America Line in the Seattle office and onboard the ships in the southern Caribbean, Alaska and Europe.
I was born in Seattle, raised in San Diego- moving back to Seattle in 1979.
I enjoy skiing, travel, reading and volunteering; I have discovered the immense pleasure one feels when volunteering my time, labor or skills-it is positively
addicting. I have provided acupuncture services with the UW Adolescent Medicine and Children’s Hospital Free Teen Clinic at the Country Doctor on Capital Hill,
traveled with Acupuncturists Without Borders to New Orleans for the Katrina response in 2006 and volunteer my time as needed for the Seattle Men’s and Women’s
Chorus, the Seattle Art Museum and Gilda’s Club in Seattle.

Hello, I’m Rachael. I graduated from Ashmead College in 2006 and have been practicing massage since. Through my own personal experiences with Motor Vehicle Accidents, Sports Injuries and Pregnancies, massage therapy and chiropractic treatments have been apart of my life even before I chose to go into massage therapy.
I have developed a strong passion and focus on treating and providing specialized massage therapy for
pregnant/postpartum women since I was in school and have recently become Certified in Prenatal Massage
Therapy. My goals are to help mom be able to carry out a healthy pregnancy as comfortable and as pain-free
as possible. I provide massage for all areas including: MVA, Sports Injury, Headaches and Relaxation, using
Deep Tissue, Swedish and a variety of treatment techniques and also providing a supportive environment as part of every massage.
I reside in the South Hill Puyallup area where I live with my 4 beautiful children. On my spare time,
I enjoy running, exercising, hiking, taking my children to the park and many, many parties with my husband
and our family. I’ve recently over the last year started participating in marathons including Tacoma City
Marathon, Warrior Dash and Mt. St. Helens climb and look forward to many more!

After a lot of traveling, I’ve finally settled down here in the Bonney Lake area. I love the Pacific Northwest, being active, and trying new things. The human body is incredible, but it can also be extremely frustrating at times. I like working through the puzzles they present and helping improve people’s quality of life. There’s never a perfect, but there’s always a better.

I am a Mom of two boys. We live a pretty crazy life. Pretty much always on the go, either at one of the boys sports games or up in mountains fishing, hiking and taking in all our breathtaking views. I love to read and am a huge fan of coffee. I am also an animal lover. We have snakes, lizards, spiders, a tortoise and two dogs.
Some days I think I’m in over my head but I wouldn’t trade any of it for the world!

A massage therapist since 2005, I specialize in headache, neck, upper back, and shoulder therapy. Tech neck—and everything that goes along with it—is my thing, and I love focusing on those spots. I’ve worked on professional as well as college athletes, and those with repetitive stress injuries of any kind, as well as MVA injuries, have seen great success working with me.
I enjoy educating patients to help them understand more
about their body, how it works, and how everything is connected. I’m a giant nerd, so if anyone has questions, feel free to ask!
The type of massage I tend to do is medical, spot-specific rehabilitation style. I focus on the muscles that need it
most, as well as any related structures. It’s a little different, but patients tend to feel a difference—especially
in headache reduction and increased range of motion—in short order.
